IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Ensure that you have the following before you begin to fill the form:

• Registration form for Nursery will be uploaded in school website on 3rd January 2021.
• Registration form will be filled only Online mode and fee should be paid by Net Banking /Debit Card/ Credit Card.
• The child should have completed 3 years on 31st March 2021 (Below 4 years). If your child is NOT within the age limit specified, she/he will NOT be eligible for admission.
• Photograph of applicant child should be clicked after November, 2020. Name and Date of photo taken should be mentioned on applicant photograph.
• Photograph of the applicant child, mother & father (in Jpeg, Jpg format) to be uploaded.
• Valid E-mail ID and Mobile no. of the parent.
• Applicant Child’s Date of Birth Certificate: (Certificate should bear the Child’s Name, Father’s Name and Mother’s name.)
• Blood group of the Child.
• Size of the photographs should not be more than 500Kb.
• Keep the necessary details/documents ready to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/intimation charges.
• Print-out of the Online Application Form and the original Birth Certificate to be brought at the time of Interaction. (Interview)
